Posted at 06:36h, 16 DecemberDear Buzz. My wife worked at the NASA Space Center after graduation from High School and she has an autographed Apollo 11 photo collage of the moon landing signed by you and your fellow crew members. Her information at the time was that you commissioned this photo collage and it was to be given to selected individuals. She worked for LTV at the time and they produced these items and some extras were made and she wound up with one. We display it proudly in our home. I am sorry that I did not find out about your coming to Oklahoma City in time to attend the event scheduled for December 16th. I would have loved to bring my wife and our keepsake by to let you look at it and see if you remember anything about it. Hope your visit to OKC is enjoyable. Ruth, my wife, never had the opportunity to meet you in person but remembers talking to you on the phone while working for LTV.
Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Sorry we did not get to meet you this time.
Mike & Ruth Longstreath
p.s. I can send you a picture of the photo collage if you give me an address to email it to.
